Current foundation
Phase 1 deliberately keeps the surface small. Content is stored in this repository, and every production page is generated at build time.
Architecture boundary
The registry will own structured component facts. Git-managed content will own authored guidance. The application will own presentation, while GitHub will own review and publication history.
Registry synchronization, Pages CMS authoring, version switching, and search are introduced in later phases after this foundation passes its checks.
